1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 boxes vanilla pudding
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. Oreo cookies

Crumble half of Oreo cookies into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix pudding according to box directions. Let cream cheese and butter soften. Mix with pudding and confectioners' sugar. Pour half of this mixture over Oreo cookies and then make second layer of Oreo cookies over this pudding layer. Put remainder of pudding over second layer of Oreo cookies and refrigerate overnight.
