COUNTRY STYLE RIBS 
3-4 lb. country style ribs
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 garlic minced

Place spareribs in Dutch oven. Add enough salted water to cover. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 1 hour or until ribs are tender; drain. Place in 13"x9" pan.

Heat oven to 300 degrees. In medium skillet, saute onion in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until heated through. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, basting occasionally. Serves 5 to 6.
