STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Spicy ground sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. large white mushrooms, stems removed
butter

Brown sausage and drain. Add cream cheese, a little at a time, until mixed together. Clean mushrooms and fill with sausage mixture and place on jelly roll pan. Place small pat of butter on each one.

Bake in a 350°F oven for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.
