SEAFOOD SALAD WITH CRAB LOUIS
DRESSING
 
2 c. small shell macaroni
1 pkg. frozen cooked crab, thawed and drained (6 oz.)
1 pkg. frozen chopped shrimp, thawed and drained (10 oz.)
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. ripe olives, quartered
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise
5 tomatoes, cut into sixths
Lettuce leaves

Cook shells to desired doneness as directed on package. In large bowl, combine cooked macaroni shells, crab, shrimp, celery, olives and green pepper. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. In small bowl, combine chili sauce and mayonnaise. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Line individual salad bowls with lettuce leaves. Place about 1 cup salad in each bowl. Garnish each salad with 3 tomato wedges and serve with dressing.
