SUGARLESS FRUIT FUDGE 
2 (6 oz.) cans frozen fruit juice, do not use pineapple, thawed
7 env. plain gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water

Combine 1 cup of the thawed concentrate in a saucepan with the plain over gelatin. Stir and wait 1 minute for the gelatin to soften. Add the boiling water and heat very gently to dissolve the gelatin. Remove from heat and stir in other can of juice. Pour into 8 inch square non-stick cake pan. Chill until firm and cut into squares. (This must be refrigerated.)
