STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. lg. fresh mushrooms
3 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sour cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese

Wash mushrooms, remove stems. Arrange caps in 3 quart glass baking dish, set aside. Chop stems fine. Place stems, onion, butter in medium glass mixing bowl. Microwave 3 minutes on roast or until onions are tender. Stir in sour cream. Add cream cheese. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes on roast or until cream cheese is soft; stir well. Fill mushroom caps with cream cheese mixture. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes on roast or until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
