STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
3 dozen mushrooms (med. or lg.)
1 tsp. chopped garlic (from jar)
1/2 c. Feta cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Lemon Juice, 2 tbsp. or to taste
2 tsp. butter

Remove stems from mushrooms: 1. place mushrooms on baking sheet; 2. chop mushroom stems and place aside.

In a non stick frying pan, saute' garlic in butter, add mushroom stems until tender, then add lemon juice, Feta cheese and bread crumbs. Mixture should be a little moist.

Fill mushrooms with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or when mushrooms are getting dark in color.
