CHOCOLATE "PHILLY" FUDGE 
4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate (melted) or 12 tbsp. cocoa plus 4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Gradually add sugar to cheese, mixing well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spread into greased 8 inch square pan. Chill several hours; cut into squares. Makes 1 3/4 pounds.
