GUACAMOLE DIP 
2-3 avocados, quartered
Juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt

Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Chill. Use as a dip with corn chips or as a garnish on chili. Also delicious on tacos. 4-6 servings.
