TOASTED ZUCCHINI SNACKS 
2 c. zucchini, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt
Party rye bread, sliced
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese, grated

In a medium bowl stir together zucchini and salt. Let stand 1 hour; drain. Rinse, drain well, pressing out excess liquid. In the same bowl stir together zucchini, mayonnaise, yogurt, cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Spread a rounded teaspoon of mixture on rye bread slice. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
