TOSTADA SALAD | |
1/2 head Iceberg lettuce, torn in pieces 1/2 head Romaine lettuce, torn in pieces 1 lg. tomato, cut into wedges 1 avocado, sliced 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained 1 can kidney beans, drained 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 can prepared roast beef, drained, torn apart 1/2 bag tortilla chips, slightly crushed Mix all ingredients in salad bowl. Serve with ranch style dressing and or salsa. Note: All ingredients except lettuce and chips may be mixed up to 4 hours prior to serving time. |
