CUCUMBER SALAD (FROZEN) 
2 qts. unpeeled sliced cucumbers
1 med. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. coarse salt

Mix. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Drain dry. Mix:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar

Stir until dissolved. Pour over cucumbers and stir occasionally. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning put in freezer container and freeze. Thaw and serve with sour cream.
