FROZEN CUCUMBER PICKLES 
7 c. cucumbers, sliced
1/4 c. salt
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. green peppers
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine cucumbers, onions and peppers and cover with the salt. Let stand for 2 hours. Drain off liquid. Bring to a boil the sugar, vinegar, celery seed and mustard. Pour over cucumbers and let stand overnight. Then freeze, or store in refrigerator for immediate use.
