FROZEN CUCUMBER SALAD 
4 qts. cucumbers, peeled and sliced
2 to 4 sm. onions
2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Mix first 3 ingredients together and let stand for 2 hours, drain. Add last 2 ingredients, bring to full boil, then let cool. After cooling, add to drained cucumbers. Let stand 1/2 hour and place in size container you want, then freeze, juice and all.
