FROZEN CUCUMBERS AND ONIONS 
35 (4 inch) long cucumbers, sliced
3 lbs. onions, sliced
1/4 c. Kosher salt
Ice cubes
5 lbs. white sugar
1 qt. white vinegar

Soak cucumbers and onions in salt and ice cubes in refrigerator overnight.

Boil sugar and vinegar for 5 minutes. Let cool.

Drain cucumbers and onions. Pour sugar-vinegar mixture over. Place in plastic containers and freeze.

Take out of freezer and refrigerate the night before serving. Can be kept in refrigerator 3 weeks.
