GREAT-GRANDMA BECKER'S GERMAN POTATO CAKES | |
6 med. potatoes 1 lg. onion 1 egg 1/2 c. flour Salt and pepper to taste Grind potatoes and onion together (I use my food processor, shredding side of disk, no blade). Pour off some of the liquid that accumulates. Beat egg and add to mixture. Add flour and seasoning. Fry in patties n bacon drippings, browning each side well. |
