3/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. honey
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Additional sugar

Mix butter and sugar; blend in egg, honey, and dry ingredients. Chill to make dough easier to handle if necessary. Roll into small balls and coat with sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 5 dozen.
