HONEY REFRIGERATED COOKIES 
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts

Cream honey, butter, and egg. Mix and sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add nuts; shape into long, round rolls the size desired for cookies. Wrap in waxed paper and place in refrigerator for 2-3 days.

Slice thin and bake on greased cookie sheet at 400-425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
