EASY CHICKEN PIE 
4 whole chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom or cream of chicken
1 can mixed vegetables (optional)

Cook chicken until tender; debone. Reserve cups of broth. Combine chicken and soup in large casserole dish; add vegetables if desired. Top with dough and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

DOUGH:

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix dough ingredients and pour over chicken mixture.
