1 lb. dough for each loaf
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. sweet Italian sausage
1/2 stick pepperoni

Bake sausage in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Dice pepperoni in small pieces. When sausage is cool, break in pieces and mix in bowl with cheese and pepperoni. Spread dough on greased cookie sheet until flat. Pour in filling and roll up dough, tucking in sides as you roll. Brush with egg white. Bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees.
