EASY BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 bunch or 20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
2/3 c. onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
6 c. water
6-8 chicken bouillon cubes
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. fine noodles
1 lb. American cheese
6 c. milk
Pepper to taste

Cook broccoli; drain and set aside. Saute onion in butter, add flour, stir and add broccoli. Add water and bouillon, bring to boil. Add noodles, cook until tender. Add garlic and pepper. Add milk and cheese. Simmer and stir until cheese melts.
