EASY BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (broken in chunks) or use 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
Scant 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Cook broccoli according to package directions. (May be done in microwave.) While broccoli cooks, heat soup, milk and cheese almost to a boil. Stir constantly to prevent burning. Drain broccoli on a paper towel, then add to soup mixture. Stir in garlic powder - serve hot. Serves 2 generously.

Variation: Substitute asparagus for broccoli.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
