BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. milk
A sprinkle of pepper
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 c. shredded cheese

Place frozen broccoli in the bottom of the crockpot. Put in the celery soup, then the milk, cheese and pepper. Turn crockpot on to low. Cook for 5 to 6 hours.

Cauliflower or asparagus may be used in this recipe.

American cheese makes a smoother soup, Cheddar cheese makes it more curdly.
