BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 qt. water
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced onions
3 chicken bouillon cubes
20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup (no water)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook water, potatoes, onions, bouillon cubes and broccoli until done, 20 to 30 minutes. Add soup and cheese and simmer 15 minutes.
