CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 carrot, finely diced
1 onion, chopped
1 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 box chopped broccoli, cooked & drained

Simmer carrot and onion in water until tender. Add soup, milk, broccoli and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted and soup is heated throughout.
