EASY CHEESE AND CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 cauliflower head, chopped fine
1 c. water
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 c. Velveeta cheese

In large pan, boil cauliflower and water until tender. Add undiluted soup and cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Add enough water to soup for the consistency desired. Serve.
