CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine potatoes and all other ingredients in a Pyrex dish.

Bake in a slow 325°F oven for 1 1/2 hours.

Makes 8 servings.
