6 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. dark or light raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon

Boil potatoes until tender. Remove the jackets and slice (if small, leave whole). Place them in a baking dish and cover with a syrup made of other ingredients.

Bake in a 375°F oven for 1 hour. Serve while hot.
