READ HOUSE CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 pkg. strawberry Jello 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin (1 package) 1 c. hot water 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 cans whole cranberry sauce 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 orange finely chopped (peel included) Dissolve Jello in hot water. Soften gelatin in lemon juice. Heat cranberry sauce and add the Jello and gelatin. Mix and stir until jelled lumps have dissolved. Add celery, nuts and orange. Refrigerate. |
