STUFFED FISH 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. minced onions
2 tbsp. parsley
1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. shredded carrots
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 lg. flounder fillets

Melt butter. Add onion and cook until translucent. Take off burner and add other ingredients. Mix well. Roll stuffing in fish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
