MY MOTHER'S STUFFED FISH 
Use a white fish - halibut, haddock fillets, or whole salmon - 1/2 lb. per person
Party crackers, crushed (about 1/4 c.)
1/4 lb. butter
Garlic powder to taste
Lemon juice
Milk
1 onion, diced

Butter casserole well. Wash fish and place into casserole with salt and pepper. Sprinkle diced onion on top. In a heavy saucepan, melt butter with lemon juice and garlic powder. When melted, mix with crushed crackers and spread on top of fish. Put a few tablespoons of milk down sides of dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
