FISH STUFFING 
1/2 block cheddar cheese, grated
1 can minced crab, drain juice
1 whole onion, minced
Spinach, chopped; optional fresh or frozen
1/2 c. oil

Mix ingredients together. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place stuffing between two pieces of fish. Sprinkle with paprika and other spice to you liking.

Bake 1/2 hour or as needed.

Serve with stewed tomatoes and rice.
