BAKED STUFFED FISH 
4 fish fillets
4 broccoli spears
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Paprika

Prepare broccoli (if fresh, cook until tender; if frozen, according to package directions). Drain well. Roll fish fillets around broccoli spears and place in shallow baking dish. Over low heat, stir soup and cream cheese until blended. Add onions and pour over rolled fillets, top with bread crumbs and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4.
