CORN CASSEROLE DE LA ROSA 
2 cans shoe peg corn, drained
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Stir all ingredients together and cook in uncovered casserole in 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbles. Recipe may be doubled.
