CORN BEEF SAUCE 
For 6 lb. of meat:
3/4 c. white vinegar
4 oz. ketchup
1/2 c. mustard
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
10 whole cloves
For 12 lb. of meat:
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
3 c. ketchup
2/3 c. mustard
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
15 whole cloves

Mix thoroughly and pour over hot corned beef.
