CORNED BEEF HASH 
1/2 lb. cooked corned beef, finely chopped
1 lb. cold boiled potatoes, finely chopped
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp. butter
sea salt, to taste
cracked black pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning (optional)

Melt the butter in the water, add the other ingredients, and cook until thoroughly heated through, then put into a baking pan and place in the oven until brown on top.

Serve with a white sauce, if preferred.
