FROSTY STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts

Mix until crumbly. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees in 9"x13" pan. After 10 minutes stir, then finish baking. Cool. Use 1/2 crumbs in bottom of pan and save 1/2 for top.

FILLING:

2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries (do not thaw)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped or 8 oz. frozen whip, thawed

In large bowl mix all ingredients except cream. Beat until stiff peaks form, about 10 minutes. Stir in whipped cream or Cool Whip until well mixed. Carefully spread filling over crumbs. Then sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Freeze several hours or overnight. When cut in 15 pieces, there are 202 calories in each piece.
