SPRINGTIME SKILLET (MICROWAVE) 
2 1/2 c. hot water
1 pkg. Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
2/3 c. milk
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas
2 c. ham cubes

Pour water into 3 quart microwave casserole. Cover tightly and microwave to boiling on full power 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover tightly and microwave on high 10 minutes, stir. Cover and microwave until potatoes are tender 8 to 9 minutes. Let stand covered 5 minutes, stir.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
