SPRINGTIME ASPARAGUS | |
2 tbsp. oil 2 lbs. fresh asparagus, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1/8 tsp. ginger 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. soy sauce 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced In large skillet, saute asparagus in hot oil until crisp-tender, about 5-10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; heat through, stirring constantly. 8 (1/2 cup) servings. |
