1 c. grated zucchini, peel & all
1 c. sugar (granulated)
1 egg
3/4 c. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins (optional)

Mix in usual way for cookies. Drop by tablespoon on greased sheet and bake in 350 to 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
