HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen shredded hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

In a 9 x 13 inch greased pan pour the thawed potatoes. Mix butter, salt, onion, pepper, sour cream, soup, milk and cheese.

Pour over potatoes and mix thoroughly. Spread corn flakes over the top and drizzle melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
