CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 lg. hen
2 green peppers, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. bunch celery, chopped
1 can mushrooms
3 slices bacon
2 pts. med. cream sauce
2 c. grated American cheese
3/4 c. pkg. vermicelli Chinese noodles
3 tbsp. flour

Cook hen until tender and cut up as for chicken ala king. Fry bacon, using grease to cook onions, green pepper, celery and mushrooms until tender. Add bacon to these ingredients. Make cream sauce of chicken fat and broth. After medium consistency, add cheese. Cook vermicelli, mix all ingredients. Put in casserole and bake at 400 degrees until very hot. Sprinkle with Chinese noodles.
