HAM AND FRUIT SANDWICHES 
1 1/2 c. diced fully cooked ham
1 or 2 med. apples, cored and chopped
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
12 sliced raisin bread, toasted
12 slices Muenster cheese
Apple slices

In a mixing bowl, combine the ham, chopped apple, pineapple, celery, and mayonnaise. For each sandwich, spread one slice of the toast with about 1/3 cup of the ham mixture; top with a slice of cheese and apple slices. Makes 12 sandwiches.
