TUNA CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) evaporated milk
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (7 oz.) tuna, drained
1 (3 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. black olives, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 oz. noodles, cooked

Cook onions and butter until tender. Heat and stir soup, milk, and cheese. mix all ingredients together and put in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
