3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
5 eggs

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Line teacake muffin pans with 1 1/2 inch paper cup liners. Cream cream cheese and vanilla; add sugar and eggs; beat well. Half fill muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until top cracks slightly.
