CHICKEN KIEV 
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
4 split chicken breast or 2 whole
2/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. parsley and onion

Combine first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in butter, apple juice, parsley and onion mixture. Roll in crumb mixture, place skin side up in baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

NOTE: Do not substitute any other juice for the apple juice, it makes it very juicy and nice.
