OPEN KETTLE DUMPLINGS 
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 tsp. (rounded) baking powder
1 beaten egg in measuring cup, beat with fork and add enough milk to make 1 c.

Mix dry ingredients and add egg milk mixture. Drop by spoonfuls into boiling meat broth. Do Not cover. Turn a few times while cooking. Keep broth boiling hard about 20 minutes.
