KETTLE GRILLED FISH 
1 fish, approx. 2 lbs., cleaned
Lemon juice
Whole lemon, sliced
Onion, sliced
Salt and pepper
Thyme
Oregano

Sprinkle fish with lemon juice; insert onion and lemon slices in cavity. Sprinkle with seasonings. Let marinate several hours. Grease kettle grill well. Place fish on grill when coals are red. Cover. Cook 10 minutes on each side. Fish will have smokey flavor.
