LAYERED CALIFORNIA CLUB 
2 California avocados, seed, peeled & cubed
12 c. torn mixed greens
4 c. cooked & cubed turkey, ham or chicken (or combo of all three)
1 to 2 oz. bleu cheese, crumbled
4 to 5 green onions, thinly sliced
Creamy Dressing, recipe follows
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 pt. cherry tomatoes

Layer greens, meat, avocados, bleu cheese and onions in a 9 x 18 inch glass baking dish or deep glass salad bowl. Spread Creamy Dressing evenly over salad. Decorate top of salad with crumbled bacon, chopped eggs and cherry tomatoes. Chill 4 to 8 hours before serving. Makes 12 servings.

CREAMY DRESSING: 1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. (1 oz.) dry ranch dressing mix

Combine all ingredients; stir until smooth.
