SIX LAYER DIP 
3 avocados (peeled and pitted)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cream cheese, softened
2 c. sour cream
1 (15/16 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shreded
3 c. tomatoes, chopped fine
5 green onions, white and green parts, sliced
1/2 c. black olives, sliced

Layer One: Mash avocados and mix well with lemon juice; spread in bottom of casserole dish.

Layer Two: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in sour cream and taco seasoning, mix well. Spread over avocado mixture.

Layer Three: Sprinkle cheese over layer two.

Layer Four: Sprinkle tomatoes over layer three.

Layer Five: Spread onions over layer four.

Layer Six: Top with black olives. Serve at room temperature. Yields approximately 10 1/2 cups.
